Kinross provides a breakdown of its material workforce indicators by type and region. Given the nature of our operations, Kinross does not have a significant part-time workforce. In addition, Kinross uses the services of various contractors for operations, exploration and construction. Based on the number of contractor hours worked, Kinross had the equivalent of 6,704 full-time contractors working on site at operations and projects in 2015. Regionally, this represents 2,899 in the Americas, 3,312 in West Africa and 481 in Russia.
