2019 Financial Performance

In 2019, Home shareholders benefitted from a healthy housing market and stronger financial performance throughout the company. From the growth in our loan portfolio and in our Oaken deposits, to the improvement in the per share measures of book value and earnings, we accomplished a lot this year. This was also the year we made significant investments in our long-term success with the launch of our Home Trust Ignite Program and our first placement of residential mortgage-backed securities.

Our risk management team is an integral part of every strategic decision.
