Rotational Development Opportunities
The Transformational Leadership Team and the Strategy Team provide the opportunity for Team Members to increase their understanding of the business and broaden and deepen their knowledge, relationships and business perspectives.
We offer our Team Members training programs to help them develop their careers; our programs combine in-house and third-party resources for learning and development. We also work with area universities on recruiting opportunities. Available training includes courses on communication skills, management, sales selling skills, presentations and technology skills.

Our online courses give Team Members the opportunity to continually improve themselves at a time and pace that works for them.
One way for Team Members to move forward with their careers is to work one-on-one with a mentor who can give them personal coaching, advice, and encouragement. With this in mind, Signet encourages Team Members to participate in its mentoring programs regardless of whether they are salaried or hourly.
Rewards And Recognition
Rewarding extraordinary effort, commitment and performance is an important part of creating a positive environment for our people. In 2017, we launched the Shine with Signet Rewards and Recognition intranet, which enables Team Members around the world to recognize their peers, send eCards for special occasions, access anniversary award certificates and more. Since the launch of the program, Team Members have recognized each other 14,768 times with peer-to-peer badges and 16,852 eCards. In addition, 3,873 Team Members have celebrated a milestone anniversary.
